The High School Wrestling team finished their regular season last night with a big 57-13 win over Morton, bringing our record to 24-6. Next up, we will be hosting regionals at Olympia on Saturday, February 8th. We hope you can come out and support our team!

Thank you, Shannon from LIFE Center for Independent Living for coming out to Olympia to talk with students about the transition process. She is planning to come weekly to the Olympia Transition Program to provide instruction on employment, education, & independent living.

The OHS Cross Country State Qualifiers were recognized at the January Board of Education meeting. Congratulations to Emma Swartzendruber on a great year. Amelia Kistner was also a State Qualifier but could not attend the Board meeting. Congratulations to both girls and Coach Randi Krehbiel!
The JV girls basketball game scheduled at Riverton tonight has been cancelled due to a lack of available players for Riverton. The varsity game will start at 6:00pm
High school girls track will meet today after school, come give it a try! Note that we will not meet Thursday this week.

The JV and Girls wrestling tournaments scheduled for Saturday January 25th at Olympia have been cancelled.
The OMS Boys Basketball team competed in their last regular season game last night against Tremont. The 7th Grade team won 45-14 with Cade Yoder (15 points) and Easton Boudeman (9 points) leading the team in scoring. The 8th grade team also picked up the win 43-27 with Ty Gale (19 points) and Kam White (12 points) leading the team in scoring.
With those 19 points Ty has officially joined the "300 Points in a Season Club". Congrats Ty!

Today, the Olympia Transition Program had a music class with Mrs. Zega, the chorus director. She planned a Valentine's theme class where the students listened to a variety of different songs & genres & drew how they were feeling on hearts. We had so much fun. Thanks Mrs. Zega for welcoming OTP into your classroom 🎶❤️
