Welcome to Olympia High School!

Enrollment of new students is by appointment only and will begin on August 2nd. The appointment will take approximately one hour to complete. Please contact Whitney Hodges at (309) 379-5911 x9020 to set up an appointment. We encourage both parent/guardian and student to attend.

In order for your student to enroll the following documentation is required:

  1. Proof of Residency: This is required to show proof of the student and parent/guardian is living within district boundaries. Documentation can include: lease, purchase agreement, property tax statement, mortgage account, utility bill, major credit card bill, vehicle title, paycheck or pay stub, insurance policy, checking or savings account statement, etc.

  2. Proof of Legal Guardianship

  3. Certified Birth Certificate

  4. Health and Immunization Records: All incoming freshman are required to have a physical exam within one year of the student's enrollment date. This must be provided to the school by the first day of the current school year. All transfer students shall have 30 days beyond registration to comply with health exam and immunization regulations.
