Lady Spartans open up the basketball season with a 49 to 13 win over Mt. Pulaski at the Clinton Tourney.

Congratulations to the Olympia Speech Team who competed at the Richwoods High School Tournament over the weekend. Special congratulations to Morgan Cisco who placed first in JV Original Comedy and to Grace Melick who placed first in Varsity Oratorical Declamation.


Congratulations to the 200 Medley Relay team of Abby Litwiller, Grace Castleman, Isabelle Forrest and Madi Noreuil for breaking the F/S school record from 1997 with a time of 2:03.55 at the sectional meet.


Girls Swim Sectional is underway at Normal West.


The Life Skills class took a Community Based Instruction Trip to Marcfirst. The sun was as bright as our futures are! We are thankful for opportunities to continue to increase our independence.

Winter Spartan Night is Friday Nov. 15th at 5:30pm in the high school gym. We will start the evening off by honoring our State placing Boys Cross Country team with a reception following in the cafeteria. Then we will introduce our winter activities with scrimmages to follow.
