Olympia High School celebrated National FFA Week from February 22-25. FFA membersparticipated in various activities throughout the week including dress up days, drive your tractor to school day, bring anything but a backpack to school, the truck competition, kiss a goat, multiple assemblies, and relays. Sophomore, Chase Litwiller, took the prize for the hay bale tossing competition and the Junior Class won the relays. Our truck competition winners consisted of Hunter Martin, with the “Clunker” award, Lexy Douglas, “Best of Show”, and Shelby Lynch, winning the “Daddy’s Money” award. Our FFA Officers spent Wednesday morning cooking and serving a home cooked breakfast to FFA members and staff at OHS. At
Monday’s assembly, Raquel Birky, Mallory Miller, Reed Naughton, Kiara Marler, and Kylie Britt shared ‘The FFA Creed’ with the student body. We had a fun-filled week of activities and sharing our love for FFA with our school.
