Olympia is one of 4 finalist in the Duroc Region of the 2021 State Championship Pork Chop Sandwich Competition!! Thanks to all who voted for the sandwich! The IHSA's panel of judges will now attend a home football game and sample the sandwich for themselves. Once all in-person judging has been completed, the field will be narrowed to just four schools (one from each region). The Flavorful 4 will be announced at the October 23rd IHSA Playoff Pairing Preview Show on NFHS Network. Lastly, the pork chop Champion will be announced during the IHSA Class 6A Football State Championship on November 27th. Congrats to Olympia FFA for earning Savory 16 honors and good luck in the rest of the competition!
