
Thank you to everyone who joined the OHS Dance team for our mini clinic this year! We had a blast celebrating Taylor Swift's eras. All of the mini dancers did an amazing job and we are already looking forward to next year!






The JV and Varsity Girls Basketball Teams get wins over Midwest Central Tonight. They are back home on Thursday against Bloomington Central Catholic.

The JV and Varsity boys basketball game scheduled for tonight against St. Thomas More has been postponed. A make up date will be announced at a later time.

The JV and Varsity Girl's Basketball Team pick up huge conference home victories in the return to the OHS Gymnasium. JV with a winning bucket in the final seconds, Varsity with a victory in overtime. The girls will be away at Maroa Forsyth on Thursday. Go Spartans!!

The Varsity Girls Basketball Team get a win at Leroy. The JV Team came up short. The Spartans are home against Auburn on Monday in a conference match up.

The high school boys basketball team will have their home opener on Wednesday, January 3 in the high school gym. The JV game starts at 5:30pm with the Varsity game to follow at 7:00pm.

The Varsity Girls Basketball Team finished 6th overall at the 2023 State Farm Holiday Classic. They will resume the regular season on January 4th traveling to face the Leroy Panthers.

The Varsity Girls basketball team beat Brimfield 47-45 in the State Farm Holiday Classic. They will play for 5th place vs Central Catholic at 4pm at Normal Community High School. Come out and show your support!

The JV Girls Basketball team got a huge win in overtime at Pleasant Plains in the conference opener. The Varsity Girls fell short. The girls are playing at Tremont on Monday.

The middle school chess team had a blast traveling down to Decatur for the 3rd Annual Macon County 4-H Chess Tournament. We had 6 players attending their first chess tournament ever. Each player won at least one match, with Casey Williams getting a team high 3 wins and a draw!

The Olympia Middle School and High School bands performed their annual Holiday Concert tonight at Olympia High School. Led by OHMS Band Director, Jimmy Spencer, these very talented musicians played a wide variety of holiday classics including "Jingle Swing," "A Christmas Cannon," and "All I Want for Christmas is You." Great job, Spartans!




The JV and Varsity Girls Basketball teams grab 2 big wins at Heyworth tonight. The Spartans are back home next Monday against IVC.

Send off for the 7th Grade OMS Basketball Team will be today at 12:15 from Olympia West through Hopedale and out to the interstate. They play at 2:30 vs Southwestern Piasa at Auburn High School.
