Middle school varsity baseball grabs an exciting 2-1 win tonight at Midwest Central with great pitching, excellent defense and timely hitting. JV also wins 2-0 to continue the winning streak! Varsity is at Tremont tomorrow starting at 9:00. JV is at Morton starting at 9:30.

This past week, over 400 of our students kept a perfect streak by arriving to their classes on time. Great job Spartans! As a treat, each student earned a Blue Buck that they could use to eat outside and enter our weekly PBIS raffle.

Varsity middle school baseball wins on the road at EPG tonight 13-0. JV also picks up a win vs EPG 4-1. Both teams will look to extend their winning streaks tomorrow at Midwest Central. First game starts at 4:15.

The Lady Spartan Golfers had a great night Wednesday during their first home meet of the season in a dual match against Tri-Valley. In a tie for 1st place Junior, Kennadie Finchum, carded a 44. Adding to the scoring for the Spartans was: Elyse Eimer with a 46, Anna Johnson shooting a 47, and Lauren Hutchison finishing her 9 hole round with a score of 50. The girls are back in action on Tuesday in Lincoln for a triangular match with Lincoln and Mt. Zion.

Varsity and JV middle school baseball both pick up wins tonight vs Bloomington. Varsity wins 10-2, JV wins 8-3. Both teams will be at ElPaso Gridley tomorrow, varsity starts at 4:15.
After two years of cancellations due to extreme heat, our boys and girls cross country teams were finally able to kick off the season with the Central Catholic 2 mile race at Ewing Park — and what a great opener it was!
Both teams showed grit, energy, and determination, setting the tone for the season ahead. The athletes have already set big goals and are ready to put in the work to achieve them.

Mira Kistner was the first Olympia girl to cross the line, finishing 2nd overall with an impressive time of 13:36.

Ty Gale was the first Olympia boy to cross the line, finishing 7th overall with a strong 11:28 performance.
With such a solid start, there’s no doubt that Olympia Cross Country has an exciting and successful season ahead.

Our season is officially underway! We hit the road to Dee-Mack tonight for our first match and saw some great moments to build on. We can’t wait to see this team grow throughout the season!

The Spartans Boys Golf Team traveled today to Auburn to take on Auburn and Maroa-Forsythe at Edgewood Golf Course. The Spartans struggled early but powered through and finished strong with a team score of 185. Gage Pitcher and Dylan Nowaskie both shot a 52. Mason Kruger shot a 50. Noah Walker and Camden Fosdick both shot a 49. Ethan Barnes led not just the team but the entire meet with a score of 37 shooting his career best in HS tournament play!
The Spartans will be back at it Wednesday at Highland and then return back to North Greens on Thursday. Go Spartans!




Rough night for middle school baseball. Varsity allows 9 in the first inning and loses 13-0 to Monticello. JV allows 5 in the first inning and also drops their game to Monticello 9-0. Varsity is home vs Bloomington tomorrow at 4:30, JV is on the road vs Bloomington at 4:30.
The Olympia JV Boys Golf Team traveled to Pontiac last night to take on Pontiac and Normal West at the Oaks at Rivers Edge. The Boys did well in their first match of the year. Mason Kruger and Gage Pitcher led the squad with 48s. Cooper Otto shot a 53, Calvin Fonger shot a 59, and Carter Mortimer shot a 64. Varsity is back in action today at Auburn and JV is back in action on Thursday.

Today at Olympia

Middle school Varsity falls to Morton tonight 15-3. JV picks up a walk off win vs Williamsville 9-8 in Minier! Both teams are at home tomorrow vs Monticello starting at 4:30.
