We would like to remind our families that we have a District non-profit, the Spartan Promise Council, that exists to remove barriers for students. This non-profit is funded by individual community members and generous church donations. If your Olympia child needs food, clothing, or some other type of assistance, please reach out to our Student Support Specialist, Cari Roop (
cari.roop@olympia.org). While there are food pantries in our communities, we also have a Spartan Market on the OHMS campus. The QR code on the flyer allows you to make a request. We hope that these services can help support our students during these challenging times.

Did you recently receive an email from Skyward notifying you that the quarter 1 report card has been posted? To view and/or download your child's report card, sign into Skyward Family Access (browser or mobile app) and open the "Portfolio" tile. You will then complete an electronic signature in order to view the report card. You can view that process in the attached video.

Elementary students attending an OHS event need to be accompanied by an adult. If an elementary student shows up without an adult, they will not be allowed to enter into the game / event. We are asking elementary students to sit in the stands during the games due to the safety concerns that have already surfaced during our first home game. Thank you to our parents for understanding we are striving to create a safe experience for all our spectators. Go Spartans!

Some of our 4th and 5th grade students just wrapped up their first project of the year in art class! They explored one of the 7 Elements of Art-Line-by creating 3D paper line sculptures. It was a fun and hands-on way to kick off the year, and the results were amazing!
