Sixth graders in Miss Schwarting's Math class planned a Thanksgiving meal for 8 with a budget of $20 or less per individual meal. The verdict: Thanksgiving foods are expensive and challenging to plan so everyone has enough to eat! Happy Thanksgiving!
OMS Staff members competed in the 2nd annual Thanksgiving Scavenger hunt. There were 10 turkeys with Mr. Dale and Mr. Jones' faces on them hidden throughout the building. Congratulations to the winning staff members!

November 13th-17th is National School Psychologist Appreciation Week. This week, we celebrate Dr. Kelli Brown and Olivia for their roles at OHMS. Olympia Middle School and High School celebrated Veterans Day this morning with a breakfast and program to honor local veterans. The Veterans Day breakfast and program is an annual event at Olympia Middle School and High School. It is a way for the school community to show its appreciation for the service and sacrifice of local veterans. Our guest speaker was OHS Assistant Principal, Mark Frederick, who previously served in the United States Air Force. Thank you for your service!
