
The Spartans will be traveling to Nashville High School on Saturday Nov. 2 for the 1st Round of the IHSA 3A football playoffs. 2:30pm kickoff

The OHS boys cross country team competed in the IHSA Class 1 A Regionals today at Olympia. Congratulations to CJ Moore for advancing to Sectionals! Sectionals will be held next weekend in Elmwood.
All of the boys ran a great race. Special shout out to Graham and Logan for achieving a PR today.

The girls cross country team competed in the IHSA Class 1A Regionals held at Olympia this morning. The team placed 3rd overall and will advance to sectionals next weekend in Elmwood. Shout out to Franzi for achieving a PR!

The varsity volleyball team played Delavan for senior night and it was definitely a match to remember! The varsity lost the first set 25-17, won the 2nd 25-17,&lost the 3rd set 32-30. A huge congratulations to Madi Barnes for finishing her high school golf career placing 45th at this past weekends 1A Girl's Golf State meet. Madi finished strong shooting an 85 during her Saturday round.

The Lady Spartans volleyball team played Maroa-Forsyth tonight. The team did their best and gave good effort despite coming up short. Varsity lost in two sets 25-11&25-17, JV and Freshman both lost in two sets. RAMS DOWN SPARTANS! Boys varsity soccer lose a hard fought game 4-0 to Manual last night as their season comes to an end. The boys had many challenges to face and fought hard for a full 80 minutes. Super proud of our boys this year and the work and effort they put in.

The Lady Spartans fought hard but came up short tonight losing to Porta 25-11&25-19. JV lost 25-20&25-21, Freshman lost 21-15&21-14. Kill leader was Aubrey Rycyzyn w/6, Kinley Steinkamp w/6 assists, Seda Pierce w/2 blocks, Aubrey Rycyzyn w/9 digs, &Aubrey Rycyzyn and Marli Evans w/1 ace apiece. Special thanks to the Oly Aces & Kim Logsdon for bringing all the future Spartans out to support the Volleyball program. It was a great crowd and they cheered us on loud and proud !!

SPARTANS TOP BOMBERS ON SENIOR NIGHT!! Varsity boys soccer topped Argenta-Oreana 3-0 last night in the finale of the regular season. Senior Cooper Phillips started the scoring netting his 2nd goal of the year and continued his attack on the evening netting his 3rd goal of year to put the boys up 2-0 right before the 20 min mark. Junior Austin Rebbe added onto his season total adding the 3rd goal of the night right before half. Sophomore Casey Salvator tacked on another 5 saves to his season total in the net as well. We want to thank the seniors for their hard work and dedication to the boys program and wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors! Boys back in action Tuesday night as they start post season play at Peoria Manual for a 4:30 kickoff.

A huge congratulations to Madi Barnes for placing 3rd in the El-Paso Gridley 1A Girls Golf sectional yesterday, and advancing to the state meet next weekend at Red Tail Run Golf Course in Decatur. Another huge accomplishment for Madi in what has been a phenomenal senior year.
