OMS Boys Basketball played at home today against Maroa-Forsyth. The 7th grade picked up a big win 43-18 with everyone on the team scoring and Sawyer Anderson, Cade Yoder, and Tate Lindsey leading the pack in scoring. The 8th grade team lost a close one 34-25 with Ty Gale, Kam White, and Cade Yoder leading the team in scoring.
7th Grade - 13-1
8th Grade - 9-5

The OMS Boys basketball team defended home court tonight against Pontiac. The 7th grade team won 58 - 20 with Hudson Steinkamp (6 threes! And 20 points), Cade Yoder, and Easton Boudeman leading the way scoring wise. The 8th grade team won 33 - 30 with Kam White (15 points) and Ty Gale leading their team in scoring.

The Spartans are back in action at home Saturday against Maroa-Forsyth at 10 am. Go Spartans!

The OMS Boys Basketball team defended home court tonight against Lincoln Junior High. The 7th grade team won 49-26 with Cade Yoder (16 points), Will Langley, and Hudson Steinkamp leading the way scoring.
The 8th grade team won 47-9 with Ty Gale (17 points), Kam White, and Coty Thompson leading their team in scoring.
The boys are back in action Thursday at home against Pontiac at 5.

The OMS Boys Basketball team battled last night at Bloomington Corpus Christi. The 7th grade team won 50-23 with Cade Yoder, Sawyer Anderson, and Will Langley leading the way scoring and everyone on the team scored a bucket too. The 8th grade team lost a nail biter 36-34 with Ty Gale and Coty Thompson leading their team in scoring.
The Spartans are back in action tonight against Lincoln Junior High at 5 in the OMS Gym.

OMS 8th Grade Girls Basketball win 40-7 over Pontiac to advance to semi finals in Regionals. They will take on El Paso-Gridley on Monday, November 25th @ 6:15 in El Paso-Gridley. Come out to support your Lady Spartans.


The Girls Basketball Team got the win over Decatur Eisenhower at the Clinton Turkey Tussle. They will play at 2:30PM at Clinton on Saturday. Come out and show your support!

The OMS Boys Basketball team traveled to El Paso last night to take on the Titans. The 7th grade team won 35-20 with everyone on the team contributed to scoring! The 8th grade team won 34-31 with Ty Gale (21 points!), Coty Thompson, and Kam white leading the scoring. The Spartans are back in action Tuesday at Home against the Hornets at 5.

OMS 7th Grade Girls Basketball team fought hard tonight but fell short to El Paso Gridley with a final score of 21-19. Despite the loss, these girls displayed incredible growth, tenacity, and heart throughout the season. Their commitment to individual improvement, as well as their development as a team, signals a promising future. Congratulations on a great season Lady Spartans.

OMS 7th Grade GBB picks up a big win over Peru Parkside tonight. They advance to the Regional Championship, where they will take on El Paso Gridley. Come out to support your Lady Spartans.


The MS Boys Basketball team defended home court tonight against Normal Chiddix. The 7th grade team won a hard fought battle 42-28 with Will Langley, Cade Yoder, and Easton Boudeman leading the way offensively.
The 8th grade team lost a battle in OT 42-36 with Ty Gale, Kam White, Mason Kruger, and Coty Thompson leading the offense tonight.
The Spartans are back in action Thursday at El Paso; tip off at 5:30. Go Spartans!
