
Digital citizenship grows in importance each year (A.I. anyone?). Starting today we begin our annual focus of six core areas of digital citizenship, providing resources and support for our Oly families. More details on this outreach can be found here: bit.ly/OlyDigCitOverview


Congratulations to the middle school cross country team on an outstanding last regular season race in Delavan on Saturday. There were many amazing performances with lots of new personal records and season bests. We had four of our athletes: Mili Rebbe, Mira Kistner, Ty Gale, & Tucker Garey finish in the top 25 with many following closely after. An additional congratulations goes out to Mili Rebbe on breaking the school record with a time of 12:15 for a 2 mile race. We are so proud of the season the kids have had! We will be at Dunlap for sectionals next weekend.

Varsity VB had a tough battle with Williamsville tonight and came up short. 25-16 & 25-13. Great efforts ladies. Kill leader w/6 Jorgi Dupureur, Digs Kat Springer w/7, Blocks Sarah Cross w/1, Assists Shelby Finchum w/14, Aces Shelby Finchum & Keets Wille w/1. Keep working hard!


Congratulations to Madi Barnes, Rylee Robb, and Libby Shaffer for moving out of the Westville regional golf tournament and earning spots at the Taylorville. Madi also earned a top 4 finish while helping her team to 4th place overall. Great job Lady Spartans!

JV volleyball played great today at the St.Thomas More Invite. The team went 5-0 on the day beating Arthur Christian, Rantoul, Champaign Central, St. Thomas More, and beat Cissna Park for the championship 26-24, lost 25-22, won 15-12. Great team effort today ladies. Proud of you.

The OHS Cheerleaders, band, and student council finish out their Homecoming week preview with a visit to Olympia South. Homecoming week runs from September 25th thru 30th. This year's Homecoming parade will be in Hopedale on Wednesday September 27th starting at 6:15pm.
