Today Olympia Teachers participated in a Teacher’s Institute Day where they were able to come together to take part in various trainings and collaborate as a whole. The morning consisted of nearly a dozen different session choices that were meant to give teachers a better understanding on topics such as social emotional learning, dyslexia, and student engagement to name a few. Teachers then enjoyed a nice lunch prepared by the cafeteria staff and had a chance for building based time together in the afternoon.
