Olympia Registration 09-10 and Fee Due Dates

Back to School Registration dates for Olympia students will be August 12 and 13 with the elementary “walk in” registration held on August 13th from 1:00 to 7:00 pm. The Olympia North registration location will be at Olympia North, the Olympia South location will be the cafeteria, and the Olympia West location will be the school office.
On August 12th, the “walk in” registration for OHMS will be held in the Olympia Middle School Learning Center (Library) and the High School Cafeteria/Commons from 1:00 to 7:00 pm.
All new student registration for the high school will be August 13 and 14, 2009. OHS registration for new students will be by appointment only. If your student is new to Olympia High School, please call the high school for an appointment at 309-379-5911. Appointments are available from 8 to 3 on August 13 and 8 to noon on August 14.
All returning students will be receiving a mail in registration packet in the mail targeted for mid July. Parents will have the convenience of mailing in the registration information and payments for fees. Drop Boxes will be provided in each community and on the OHMS campus for your convenience.
Student registration fees will be due the week of registration ending on August 14th. If fees are not paid by September 30th, you will receive a reminder letter in the mail. If fees are still not paid by October 30th, the District will proceed with third party collections procedures.
In addition, the district will enforce SB Policy 4:140, which states that "students shall be notified that fees are to be paid within thirty (30) days of the date they become due. Furthermore, students shall be advised that failure to pay extra curricular fees may result in the denial of participation in extra-curricular activities."
